 In the current electoral system, it costs millions of currency for both the government and the candidates to organize and conduct every election, but according to that the state, society or the people do not improve much but violence, hatred and enmity increase in the society and politics.

 So we need an election that, at a low cost, without wasting the working hours of the people, selects the most suitable person for each position and expands friendship and harmony in the society and the state instead of violence, hatred and enmity.

 To do this, we need to take the following steps:

 The Election Commission has an ID number for each citizen.  Telecommunication department has the number of SIM cards under any ID.

 It can be identified through the software combination of both the organizations, who does not have a SIM card.  Each of them has to provide one government SIM and one phone if possible.  Each ID number and one phone number should be coordinated in such a way that one represents the other.  Then based on these two, each will have its own account.  All the information of that person will be included in that account in such a way that each information can be automatically added to the statistics update separately.

 This time each account will be considered as a specific account of the bank designated by the government.  Then all cash or money must be declared canceled or confiscated within a period of three months.  There will be instructions to collect cash and accounts of other banks or financial institutions as per his designated account.  Then the government will clearly understand who has how much money.  Those who have less should be given priority in earning or incentives so that every citizen can support his family.  Then the government will be able to be aware of the day-to-day realities of every citizen and will be able to implement any directive at any time very easily and eliminate all forms of corruption.  Above all, the government will have the opportunity to fulfill its constitutional duty to fulfill the fundamental rights of every citizen and the people will also be freed from uncertainty and harassment.  And those who have extra money should use it in such a way that it can provide employment to its neighbors.  If every person in the country and every inch of land can be used properly, no one will be able to stop the progress and development of the nation and the government will not have any problem.

 In order to use each person appropriately and to appoint the right person for each specific position:

 Every person's digital account or the following information must always be updated:

 1.  AA (Age & Ability): Age and Ability.  Ability, here tell you how many hours you are able to work daily.

 2.  EE (Education & Experience): Education and work experience.

 3.  II (Income & I Q) Earnings and IQ

 4.  OO (Occupation & Outstanding performance): Occupation & Outstanding performance)

 Other topics can be added to the expert's advice.

 Subject to the above information, through a well-designed software or app for recruitment or selection of a post, the top 10  will be selected from the selected population.  Full biographies of ten people and expert assessments will be sent online to the concerned voters.  Voters will choose one of the ten.  There will be a month for this.  Everyone must complete voting by the deadline, but will have the opportunity to amend before the deadline.  This election will be posted in poll format through social media prescribed by the government.  Updated statistics for each poll will be publicly displayed.  After the last date, the Election Commission will select whether anyone is left to vote.  If there is any left, they will ensure 100% voting within one day (if necessary in 3-6 days) through emergency instructions.  The next day, the top four out of ten people will post again in the form of a poll, but this time the time can be given seven days.  The winner will be announced the next day with the highest number of votes among the four.
